Hello Friends: Once again it is time for Pro Arts East Bay Open Studios and I am inviting you to come to my studio: Studio Wildcat! This event is an annual self guided tour of over 400 local artist studios.
I am happy to report that I will be showcasing a new encaustic series with you called Backlight. This series combines bright and bold encaustic with pastel to create a subtle, dimensional play of color and light. I would love for you to see this new work and to talk more about this intriguing concept.
I also have available paintings that have been juried into shows in Oregon, New York and California, work from older series and stand alone pieces. My work is strong in color and composition and come in a variety of sizes from 4" x 4" to 30" x 40".
It is also a time of Summer Cleaning to clear space for new projects. Paintings and prints are priced to sell! This is a great chance to get some colorful encaustic pieces into your home. Additional super pricing for those who have purchased from me before or have signed my guest book. Support local art = collaboration with those that value Art! That's you!
